Hello everyone! I have 2 questions. 1: Recently, a friend of mine got IP banned from this server for hacking on an alt. Will buying an unban from the store remove an IP ban, or just a normal ban? 2: He cannot appeal or make a support ticket as he never registered his account, and as far as I know you can only do that through Minecraft,(which he can’t cause he’s banned.) What else can he do to appeal? Thanks in advance.
I don’t believe buying an unban will remove an Ip ban. As for question 2 I’m not so sure how that works.

I think your friend will be able to purchase an unban.
As for this one, I’m not really sure.

Hi, if you’re IP banned, you only option is to buy an unban, which will work.
There is no appeal for an ip ban.
