Hello. I recently submitted a ban appeal and it got denied because according to an admin that replied, I “recently got banned”. I was banned in 2016. That was 4 years ago, and one of the Purgatory signs state, “Bans over a year old gets a FREE unban.” This doesn’t make sense to me that my ban appeal got denied. Could someone help?
