I hacked, got caught, and got banned/ tempban (it showed me the ban screen and tempban 🤷). I can join the server but am stuck in a block at the hub and can’t leave that block. I’ve tried to join purgitory to work off my ban but can join. Idk why but I just want to pay off my ban so I can start playing (fairly. I’ve learned my lesson). Any ideas why it won’t connect?

An Admin will help you as soon as possible, be patient, and explain all on the ticket.

i’m pretty sure if it is a temp ban then you cannot work it off in purg, you have to wait it out

As above! You were tempbanned while on purgatory for cheating, it expires in 2 days.
