To be nominated for MOTY you need to… well… get nominated by someone, for that to happen you need to be a helpful member of the community in some way.
This could be by doing stuff as simple as reporting cheaters and bugs, providing ideas, potentially joining the bug & idea team to contribute more, or building maps or joining the build team, etc. Take notes from staff members and people that are getting nominated this year and why they got nominated and do something similar, and avoid doing what people who got demoted/punished/etc did.
But most importantly you have to overall be a mature and positive member in the community, by making sure you’re following the server rules, being respectful towards all the community members/staff members, avoiding punishments, etc.
