I was playing kitpvp on munchymc and i saw someone walk on water. Is this hacks or is this a kit? Anyways thanks.

Yes, the fish kit is fast underwater and while you are touching the water. As soon as a part of your body touches the water you will be fast and will get strength 4. I would suggest asking people if the guy is cheating because some of them have better knowledge about the kits in the server.
