Can the staff participate at events?

I truly was wondering especially since the event is happening right now (im not in). By participating I meant playing like a regular player.

Yes, we are allowed to participate in all events.
In some of them where the prize is a rank, though, we might gift it to a close friend as we have no use for it in the case we win.
