Banned people should have OP, and here is why:
People who are banned are constantly complaining about how hard it is and how they are always being trolled; so why not give them OP? It will solve their problems and they will be able to get unbanned much easier. Furthermore, there will be less haters on the server and forums saying ‘Oh I’m banned unban me please’ and more people will be happy in the community. On top of this, when they are unbanned, they will still have OP, which will hopefully make them feel the need to stop their hacking ways.
