Hello there,
This forum is to inform people about the bug/glitch with auction in survival. If you auction something, remember to always keep an empty slot since if your inventory is full it won’t come in /invclaim.
Also if you do lose an item that you auctioned, Send the screenshot of the chat/log of the auction with the text saying No one bid on the auction in #survival-support channel.

Ya i’ve seen a lot of people not seeing their chat after not getting the thing that they bought.

This should help people who don’t notice their chat or new players.
